sounds to me like something that someone who is trying to get a 'dont be selfish' message across...... the closer we are to the soul the further we are to perfection > dont love yourself to much, love others. why settle for honesty when you can breathe the perfect lie > if lying is that easy be careful of what you say and what you take in. i think it means to look at a person really differently and carefully. x

Reality is never perfect and it is easy to tell lies than being honest and truthful.
Both these ideas are rather poetic and fantastic but misleading and immoral.

it means that the closer you are to that something you want the harder it is and its easy enough to lie so why be honest??

to me it means when you try to search for whp u really are, ie your soul, you understand how little you know and how much u can never know till u are dead, i think its saying why bother to find out u know nothing when u can just stay material and learn material things till u know "everything"
