I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

lol no it does not. exercise is the best way. theres no facts behind water being good for you. and dont stop eating cause that just slows your metabolism and causes you to gain weight once you eat. your body isnt stupid if you start to starve it, it will slow its waste management down to conserve energy. just eat right, exercise daily and youll be fine... oh and diets dont work as good as exercise... most diets will get the weight off for a little while and bring it right back... dispite what weight lose comercials say, they always have the words "along with excerise" somewhere on the screen. so skip all the b.s. and just exercise.

Ever heard the saying "you are what you eat?" Well, it's true. Fat in = fat on your body. Lower your fat gram intake to less than 30 grams per day. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio per day and work your way up to 1 hour. It is also good to do some light weights because as you build muscle the muscle helps you burn fat at a quicker pace.

Exercise and diet are most important.

If you exercise and diet for months with no reduction in body fat, you may have a metabolic disorder of some kind. You should talk to your doctor in that case.

You can reduce your body fat by decreasing the amount of fat in your body and replacing it with muscle. Try to stick to a low fat diet that is well balanced with fruits, veggies, dairy along with meats and minimal pasta. Another tip is to stay away from anything white including : flour, pasta, and sugar. Also, drink plenty of water. Something I do is to drink a glass of water before and after I eat a meal. Drinking water not only decreases your appetite but it helps hydrate your body and helps it to rid itself from impurities. Try an excercise routine of 20-30 min workouts 3 times per week. I hope this helps!!

Exercise and replace that fat with muscle. Cardio to burn calories (fat), and toning exercises (with or without weights) to build muscle (which ups your metabolism).

Eat healthy, watch your calorie intake...drink lots of water...keep away from junk foods and such (empty calories).

Good luck!

Cardio if first. Then, you have to cut your caloric intake. You may want to eat 5 smaller means daily to stimulate metabolism. Try to eat carbs that are low on the G.I. (index). Also, make sure you have enough water and consume some proetin to help with energy and muscle growth.

You burn more calories then you take in. It can be a little slow with just dieting, but doing cardio with a diet in place can yeild great results. No you problably dont need a "special" diet, but you will have to experiment to find whats best for you. Try www.bodybuilding.com, they have articles for just about anything you can think of to dieting, fitness and body building (although im sure your not interested in that)
