red and green pepper, a little jalapeno, tomato, cayenne, thyme, garlic, celery, chili powder, and cumin. That sounds like real good dirty rice with shrimp!

Add some tomatoes, cut up green and red pepper and some onions. Also a sprinkle of old bay seasoning and a little bit of red pepper. I usually do this when I make dirty rice. It gives the flavor a little bit of OOMPH!

use the ground beef as directed on the package and add the shrimp when there are about ten minutes left of cooking....otherwise you will severely overcook the shrimp.
You'll love it!

I would throw some sausage, chicken, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, saffron, tumeric, salt, and pepper in there and turn it into paella.

sounds good to me....

I might use a little cajun seasoning instead of chili powder because its got that Louisiana-Jambalya (sp?) thing going on, but I am sure it will taste great with the chili powder
