No, unfortunately, you can only do what the H-1B is issued for. You have to have EAD, before you can do any other kind of business. EAD (Employment authorization) can only be acquired after you have filed 485 and is valid for one year at a time. However, you would have to stay in teh same job you started the process through.

What do you mean by "Do Business on H1B Visa"? You are legally allowed to work as an employee for another company as long as your visa is valid, but you are not allowed to own your own business here because you are not a citizen or resident alien of the USA. Trust me, you don't want to do anything illegal because you will risk deportation if you violate the terms of your H1B visa while in the USA.

no. u are only allowed to work for the company sponsoring your H1B.
