Between the time I had the ultra sound on my gall bladder and had it removed (About 2 weeks) I had to stay away from fatty, greasy foods. I didn't have any attacks then. The only problem I have since having mine removed (July, 2003) is that 2% milks hurts my tummy. I can drink maybe 1 glass of 1% or skim just fine.

Ive had mine removed for a few years.. I pretty much eat what I want..
I dont however smoke or drink alcohol.. dont know if that helps my health where my missing gall bladder is concerned.. but hey!.. anything good is good

My boss had his taken out recently and he eats whatever he wants without any problems, I guess everybody is different though. I would avoid spicy and fatty foods.
