Guys love it when you ask them out as it saves them the embarrasment of rejection. The best way to ask one out depends on how well you know each other. If you know each other reasonably well, link up as a friend and steer the friendship in the direction you want it to go, drop hints and when you are ready ask him on a "proper" date and let him know that is what it is in case he doesn't latch on. If he is a stranger, just ask, what have you got to lose?

I like girls to ask me out. Its the 21st century. If woman want to be treated like equals then they should also do some asking out stuff and things. And the world will be a better place. Just imagine a Muslim woman who wears a veil that covers her whole face asking a man out. She will be shot on the spot!

it's very flattering,
as long as they already enjoy ur company,
they'll probably say yes.
go through a trusted friend, or make up a foursome with two cool friends so they don't know, then you can get them close
or go find them where they wouldn't expect to see you, no stalking though !

I like to be asked out, probably all men would like it if more girls were open about how they felt and did the asking. That's not likely to change much though, so women will continue to ask, "Why doesn't he ask me out?" or, "Does he like me, how can I tell?"
Ask us out if you like us, the quicker you do it, the quicker we can get on with some serious kissing... and much, much more! :)
