Prescription or non prescription?

Most drugs are lethal if in large enough quantities. I think that anything narcotic can be dangerous, because it has the ability to stop your respiratory drive while you are under the influence.

If I had to pick just one, I'd say meth is the most lethal drug. Not only is it made up of random chemicals and has that potential for harm, but the manufacturing process is so dangerous, that it can destroy the entire building that it's made in.

Although I'm not a user, from what I've seen around me, and the lives I've seen destroyed, I'd have to say that crank - crystal meth - is the most destructive and lethal drug there is today.

If you are talking about LEGAL drugs, I would say that any of the narcotics have the potential to be misused and prove lethal.

I'm going to assume your talking about "illegal, street drugs". all drugs are bad. but in my opinion some are worse than others. any drug that creates a high dependency is obviously in the worse category. cocaine crack heroin opiates......lethal very lethal
pot, weed, marijuana: same as drinking a beer but doesn't create the a dependency
LSD, ecstasy: can be fun when taken under right circumstances. but can be very dangerous when taken by a frail or unstable mind

depends on where you are, in America crack has been a problem for at least 30 years in poorer inner city communities, ruins lives and all that. on the other hand, Crystal Meth is on the rise, starting in the MidWest now infitratin its way to the coasts. Heroin has been an international problem for thousands of years.

in my opinion, it's alcohol. nothing is more tolerated and legal, that kills just as many, if not more individuals in the world.
