Although you're 28, I'd say you're not very mature. At least in regards to this. She's not too old for you, but you seem to have a problem with it.
Tell her you're not up for a serious relationship. If she says that's fine and wants to sleep with you, then fine, just don't lie to her about it. Chances are, she's not interested in a fling.

Looks like its going to be lots of sex then if you dont want to have anything more. Only you can judge whats right for you but I feel as someone who is 40+ that your being abit harsh on this woman. If she "totally" Zings Your Ding!! whats wrong with being 36yrs old (come on you'll be 36yrs yourself in a few years time).
**Personally I think someone of 36yrs might be a damm good lover & quite possibly better than your average girlie of 18 or 19yrs old and who is totally niave & knows little or nothing about love making.

You are almost 30 yourself, dude. So she is 6 or 7 years older. But men can marry women 10 years younger. That's okay, right? You have a double standard, fellow. Just see her for sex as you don't want a relationship with her? Stupid idea. Only a real jerk would do that.

Well thanks to all your replies regarding my BJ problem.
Iam 22 and ive been seeing a female who is 36 years old and loves the younger man.
I would just enjoy what you and always talk and always give even if the situation doesnt ask you to.
We are just meeting for ADULT fun and sex at the moment and that suits both of us fine.

well i met my partner when i was 33...he was 47..10 years later were still strong...age is nothing...but don't try to use her for sex...don't forget she's older and wiser she may just laugh at you and tell you to sling your hook....
