Not sure if these are the 3 you are looking for. 1 Do the lights turn on reliably, 2 Are they sufficient in number and brilliance to safely light the way to exits, and 3 Do they stay on long enough to provide safe egress.

Does the light come on when power is pulled from that circuit.
Does the light turn off when power is restored.
Does the battery of the light charge when power is on.
