Pilates, 20 minutes a day 3-4 days a week

well i have bin running every mon, wed, fri, since i can remember, depending on if ur in shape or not, well i jog 3 miles on those days, and on the others i do 50 push ups, situps, and pull ups, and 100 jumping jacks, and about 60 calf raises, its really fun, i think but im use to it, and i am sometimes a lil junk eater, but i try to eat heathy.

I do 3 times a week with billy blank his great and my body feels great my stamina keeps me going and going. I have lost weight just by running its a great start.

4-5 times a week, hiking, jogging, weights, pilates, plus ballroom dance practice every day.
