Maybe something like this would be less wordy:
The lease can be terminated based on mutual agreement or when the term expires.

Its not necessary to add the last part "or due to the expiration of the term of this Agreement". When it expires, it expires. So it would be more accurate to just say "The lease agreement can be terminated upon the agreement of both parties".

I believe that the following may sound a bit better....
"The lease agreement can be terminated either upon agreement of both parties or by the expiration date of said lease."

The previous posters are correct in that there are too many "agreements."
Rather, the sentence should be something like this:
The lease agreement can be terminated due to consent of both parties or from expiration of the terms stated therein.

Ever heard of the word "mutual"
The lease can be terminated based on mutual agreement or due ...
You don't need "agreement" after lease because lease already constitutes an agreement (no agreement, no lease).

i'm exceptionally specific that's right because of the fact it has the two matters and predicates, and simplified matters and predicts. it would be greater valuable grammer if it substitute into "they gave me the candycane", yet to my sorces it incredibly is a confident. i'm sorry on your loss. It certainly is; though you might want to include only ONE capital letter. =D
