I have a Boston and it was very gassy on the Eukaneuba food that we were giving her. Finalyl we switched her over to Natural Balance Venison and Brown Rice formula. The gas problems went away in about a week.
Some brand to look for:
Natural Balance
Canidae
Wellness
Innova
Royal Canin
Look for a food that does not contain wheat products. Avoid any food that have any kind of "by-product meal" listed as an ingredient. The first ingredient should always be meat. Chicken, beef, venison, fish, etc. If it's something else, the food is garbage.

All dogs are different. My husky could clear a room, until I treated her for roundworm. I didn't see any in her stool, but I treated her anyway, and I guess she must have had an infestation, because the flatulence cleared right up.
Excessive flatulence can also be a sign of a bad reaction to a food. You might try a dog food without any corn, wheat, or soy.
I've never heard of beagles being particularly gassy, but the best bet would be to check with a breeder. They see enough of them that they'd be able to tell you if flatulence is a problem in that breed.

Your grammar really bothered me, so instead of answering your question, I am going to re-word it.
Which one is has more gas? A boston terrier or a beagle? I have a boston terrier and he is very gassy. I was wanting to get a beagle but I really don't want two gassy dogs.

Do you get gas from eating certain foods and not others? It's the same for your dog.
What do you feed your Boston terrier? Research (not on YA) and talk to your vet about what to feed.
EDIT...

Did ya see it? Whole ground corn as the first ingredient. (That's not a good thing by the way.) PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND LEARN WHAT IS BEST FOR YOUR DOG.
EDIT#2, I read some of your other questions...don't you think that you might have more important things to worry about right now? You can't even tell your mother about your pregnancy. How do you think having another dog in the house is going to add to this situation. I don't think the time is right for another dog. IMO.
Sit back and look at your whole situation...concentrate on this baby and forget your "wants". You are having a baby and your wants and desires now come second to those of your child.

They are both good dogs. Why is your dog so gassy? What is he eating? A dogs diet should consist of a dry dogfood that is 100% nutritionally complete with canned food mixed in & biscuit to clean the teeth. Homemade food for a dog is rice with boiled boneless chicken,,liver or beef mixed in.Cool completely.Dogs can eat veggies if they are cooked.

the reason why he gets gas is because the cant digest his food you really need to change his food and feed his meal in two half's giving his daily intake in the morning and at tea time helps his body git rid of food and will help him to digest it better
