Wow! Sorry to hear it didn't work out.Where is your wife from?
Well,if you guys have any children, then she has the right to stay here as long as she wants and she can later on become a citizen if she wants to.When her green card expires she can ask to stay here if she has a job and supports herself. If she doesn't work and has no kids why would she wanna stay here?Since she wants the divorce I am sure she figured out where she will go.Sounds like she's very unhappy here.Good luck!

Wow, my husband and that i've got been speaking approximately shifting, i think of i'm going to verify this place out and notice if this is someplace we would have an interest in. unhappy, particular, yet we will not seem at human beings as guy or woman memories, by way of fact in the tip, in the event that they're unlawful, nicely they're unlawful. The saddest section is for the infants. Their mothers and fathers are egocentric and the backside of lows to place their infants by using concern like this. We did no longer ask him or his relatives to come again here illegally, that grow to be their determination. There are outcomes to ones movements, stable intentions or no longer. while the Piper includes convey mutually, nicely, pay up pal!

If she has a green card then she's not an illegal alien.
If she got her green card through her marriage to you and you signed an affidavit of support (it would have been required) then you're financially responsible for her for 10 years. If you dump her and she ends up on welfare or taking public assistance, then you get to reimburse the government.

Your wife is not an illegal alien by definition of having a greencard.
I'm assuming that you petitioned her for her greencard after you got married.
Does she have a conditional greencard or permanent greencard? If she has a conditional greencard, then she has to remove the condition by showing that this is a good faith marriage. Once the condition is removed, she gets a permanent greencard.
If she has a permanent greencard, then there's nothing you can do.

Her green card shouldn't be expired if you are married. You would have to divorce her first.

Yes you can espcially if you can prove that she is just doing this to gain access to AMerica. If she has a child in America she cannot get kicked out. Go to the INS and she can.

Once you have the permanent residency, you are eligible for citizenship. How come she never applied? No you can NOT have her deported!
