As a general rule It takes 12 hours to digest kibble and six hours to digest whole foods.

Never feed your dog kibble, then raw meat. It can cause fever and other problems relating to bacteria. If you're going to feed raw or whole foods make sure you do it six hours before feeding the kibble. (not a good idea to do both, but it can be done.)

Maybe about 3 or 4 hours?

It depends on the dog and level of activity.
