No he was a disruptive prisoner and sentenced to a further 18 years with hard labor and no parole, he is currently sharing his cell and shower with "Betty" who likes him to wash his back and wants to "Marry" him later in the year.

It would help if we knew what he had done, how long his sentence was and how long he had served in prison. He may already be out and wearing a tag. Prisons are very overcrowded so they won't keep him in any longer than necessary. You could always give the prison warden a phone call and ask him/her whether he has been released. They will hopefully know the answer ! ! Hope this helps.

Talk to Mark and find out what his sentence was and when he may be eligible for parole. Or you can contact the courts.

No he is being kept in for further 3 months due to behavioural issues. You should have been advised of this by his councelor. Sorry you had to sk Yahoo answers this is very inappropriate.

No i'm afraid not, he hung himself this morning. Such bad news for his family, he was due to be released next Monday.
Lets all pray for his family and friends he left behind :(

They have tried to release him on three different occasions and he refuses to leave his new wife!!
