who cares, you're back on, why complain, type your nastys and let us all live our cyber lives without you!
OK, seriously, they only govern it to avoid possible lawsuits from the losers that get insulted, or reported or kicked off.
It's all politics, I am sure that you would not fully understand,

I find that the Report abuse system is seriously out of whack, so that makes everything screwy.
It does seem like a losing battle
