Alright, everyone have always told me that I'm not a follower, I'm a leader. So, I've been dating around and found that I can't really deal with guys who are followers - but I haven't tried dating a leader kind of guy. Followers tend to be much sweeter though, but they give in far too easily. Leaders know what they want, and they usually get it, but they may become too forceful.

Should I stick to being a leader and stay with the followers, or should I be dominated/forced to follow a true man?

Good question. I know what you mean by being with guys who are followers--they don't offer the mental stimulation you need. They are sweet, but don't seem to like to make decisions or oppose you.

I am also a leader and tend to want to do things my way. Sometimes it's good to be with someone who is strong enough to stand up to you if you like a challenge or other opinions. It's hard when you are with someone who always agrees with you or doesn't speak up.

You seem to be subconsciously choosing more passive men because you prefer to be the boss! I think you should date other leaders or guys who have a bit more life than followers--to see what you prefer. You never know unless you try.

It doesn't mean that you have to be dominated or forced to follow. It does mean more challenges and learning to compromise--you can teach each other a lot!
