If this is a serious question then to have sex with someone seriously drunk and who has passed out is rape! He is your boyfriend so it is up to you what you do about it. Depends on how you feel. I would be pretty pissed off that my first time which should be a nice experience was taken away from me. But then i would never have got so drunk that i passed out. You were lucky that it was your bf and not a stranger!
I suggest you get a pregnancy test and be more careful in future.

are you ok with the fact that someone did something to you without your consent? I'm certain that is considered rape. even if you are dating the guy. you were passed out drunk... and didn't know what he was doing to you, and he took advantage of that. can you trust him again?

You should be reporting him for rape. If you want to find out his reaction, perhaps you should tell him that you are going to discuss this with someone (like a friend) - you will be able to tell from his reaction whether he is guilty or not.
