.no but i think it should be cut very short to blend in allover .
long hair over a receeding hair line does not look good at all .if however its receeding far back then yes a shaved head does look the best .

He doesn't have to but it looks a whole lot better. Receeding hair can age a guy before his time, shaving it off obviously avoids this. The crafty combover isn't a good look!

No this is a fairly modern trend. The thing about it is, you still KNOW the guy is bald otherwise why would he have shaved his head in the first place?
It's all to do with how males have beciome emasculated in modernsociety. Baldness is a natural part of being masculine.
The whole thing's ludicrous, frankly. But then every single thing to do with the subject of men's hairstyles IS ludicrous.

Funny this question should be on here today.Had this exact convo with my other half last night.Frankly I told him that he was never to shave his head if he started going Bald purely for the fact that he would look ill.I think it depends what sort of face shape the bloke has.

No it depends now far gone it is though. The remaining hair should certainly be kept short and NEVER combed over.
Totally bald is a good look for a lot of guys but it needs some style and self-confidence to pull it off.

i prefer it to be shaved of i think it looks worse when they try to brush an few stands over or forward. but they should do what makes them happy some men are very sensetive about hair lost
