This coming summer, I'll be 21 and leaving England to work in the states at a summer camp.

I was in America briefly when I was 18 and it seemed like every girl I met developed a crush on me - I think mainly because of the accent.

Seeing as I'm going to be there for 3 months, it'd be nice to have some attention and have girls interested in me. So what the general concensus among American girls on English guys?

To give more info on myself, I'm tall, athletic and have a really good sense of humour (my ambition is to be a comedy writer). Strangely enough I can be overly modest at times and some people take parts of my humour as seeing myself superior to others, which isn't the case.

Yes. It's the accent.
But don't worry, when they figure out how pretentious self centered the English can be, they wake up.

This may be out of my area of knowledge, but wouldn't it depend on the guy? I mean, are we talking 007 or are we talking Austin Powers here? Might make a difference! :)

Definitly a HOTT accent. If an english guy is funny and witty as well as charming.... O YEA... he can have all the girls!
