Brooklyn, by all means. The others are much too common. I worked in a grooming salon and once brought out the wrong dog when a client came to pick him up--we had two labs named Abby that day!

I like Madden, and I see where you are coming from with that name. One cute way to name a pet is through their birth date. This helps to remember the birthday. Jantu for January second, is the name of a neighbors cat. Or Novate for November the 8th etc. Abby is cute too.

My dogs names are:
Sadie - 6 year old mini American Eskimo (named after we got her)
Oliver - 5 1/2 year old mini American Eskimo (named before we got him - luckily, he looked like an Oliver to us)
Sebastian - 4 year old mini American Eskimo (named after he was born - son of Sadie and Oliver)
Gracie - 6 month old Australian Shepherd.
Gracie had about 5 names before we arrived at Gracie. She just didn't look like her original name, which was Ellie. Nor did she look like the 4 others we tried on her. Sometimes that happens. You have your heart set on a specific name and it just doesn't fit with the dogs look and/or character. We arrived at Gracie simply enough...she wasn't very graceful at all, even tripping over the kiddie pool in the backyard (which is for the furry, 4-legged kiddies) and I commented, "just call her Grace" at which point my husband and I looked at each other and said, that's it! Gracie. Her registered name will be Fame's Amazing Grace (her mom's name is Fame). The name fits her look and character.
I'd wait to choose a favorite name until you've had some time to spend with her.
Just a foot note: 6 weeks is VERY YOUNG to take a puppy away from it's mom. They should be at least 10 weeks old because they rely on mom and siblings to socialize them and to teach them good manners/habits, for instance, how hard to "play bite." I would enroll her in a puppy class asap. Good luck!

When ever I choose a name I imagine myself yell that name at the top of my lungs down the street or when it does something bad cause you know it will happen! LOL But I like Brooklyn and would call her rook for short.

Chaos
Of course you should wait until she comes into herself a little and you can get an idea of what her personality is like, but Chaos seems to fit any puppy....
