the answer is simple
DON"T try to get a girl you only really want for sex
DON"T waste your time on possibility's
DON"T LIE or act very differently than you normally do
DO wait until you get that gut feeling that tells you beyond a doubt that "she's the one for me!!"
then TALK to her, get to know her learn what her likes and dislikes are, get to know her (yes i said that already but this is VERY IMPORTANT)
treat her like a lady at all times try your best not to swear don't walk in front of her don't spit don't belch or fart around her or her friends and
take it slow and easy, build your relationship a little before talking about BF + GF stuff the right time for that will come all on it's own
follow these basics and you have a really good shot at getting not just the girl but the right girl

Show your interest by starting a conversation with her. A playful remark about her clothing or other applied item can get her laughing. once she is laughing at what you say. Get her contact details and say goodbye.
Call her after a few days and see if the chemistry is still there. Plan an outing and invite her to join you. Enjoy the time spent together and just let the good times roll.
