assuming that you don't have a medical condition (thyroid problem, tapeworm...) weight loss and weight gain is as simple as "Calories in verse Calories out."
If you are not gaining weight, you simply are not consuming enought Calories.
People should be eating 6-7 meal/day. A meal could be as simple as a sandwich and a glass of milk.
To determine how many Calories you need to consume, you need to know your weight, estimated activity level, gender, and your percent body fat.
Do not trust Calorie calculators that don't ask for your percent body fat. They could be extremely inaccurate.

ok what you need to do is lift some weights, not really heavy weights cuz u wanna do this safely or u wont get results, only ones that you can handle, and you need to eat ALOT, like 6-8 times a day, and each time you eat you need to eat a mimimum of 460 calories. take a multivitamin too.

I'd suggest a good weight gainer protein shake recipe mixed with consistent bulk work outs. Anyone can put on weight, lean mass if you will, if you discipline yourself and workout accordingly.
