If it was less than 4 weeks ago it will be very difficult to tell unless you have a vet check but you may see some changes in her behavior ,being more aggressive or sensitive and some get morning sickness a couple weeks in but that is about the only way to tell before 4/5 weeks then her teats will begin to swell ,her appitite will increase, her waist will start to thicken ,most noticeable lying on her side, and about 7 wks you should start feeling fetal movement through her belly. I suggest going to a book store and getting a book on breeding like I did .

If it is her first litter, it will take a long time...usually around week 6 or 7 (dogs carry for about 9 weeks). If it is not her first litter, then usually around 4 to 5 weeks you can tell (or at least with my dogs it was that way).

I just went through this recently. She could be having a false pregnancy as my dog did. My dog even produced milk. She had morning sickness and all. I finally had to take her to the vet for an office visit.

You go to sleep tonight with one dog and wake up with 7-9 of them.

Dogs typically have puppies in about two months after conceiving. It doesn't take long before she begins to show.

Your dogs teets will start to drop and her waist will start getting thick, and she'll become more attached to you I just went thru this with my female pit bull we got 12 puppies 63 days later (Nov.21) first litter.
