What do you think about this woman?

A woman I know was dating a guy. He made a lot more money than her (she's an actor/bartender he was a lawyer) and, after dating him for a while, she found out that he was NOT her type, and she wanted to dump him.

But.. he had planned to take her on a two week trip to Egypt - someplace she'd always wanted to go.

He went out, brought the vacation package and paid for the plane tickets (she even had him upgrade their plane tickets from coach to first class and change their accomidations from a youth hostel to a nice hotel)

They went on their trip, and saw all the sights (the pyramids, snorkling in the Red Sea ect) and then they came back home.

The next day, she dumped him.

Was that the right thing to do, or was she a real jerk?

Daggone can we say b@tch! You darn right that was wrong. She stayed in it for the trip when she knew she was not interested in him. People like that never have anything good happen to them. She even when the extra step and had him upgrade the tickets, that's cold blooded. She could have at least given the man a couple more weeks, dates, days or something before she broke it off, but I'm sure he peeped her game and she's not going to be able to live that down. Women like that make it a little more difficult for the next woman who comes along.

She was a real jerk. But dont men do this all the time to women ?? Get them into bed and never call again ?? You guys dont seem to have too much problem with that but your all over the women when they use a man.

Well... I can understand her wish to see Egypt, but breaking with the man the next day makes the answer obvious. She's a jerk. No doubt!

That was definitely a rotten thing to do. I have had women offer me money, jewelry and other material stuff in hopes of winning my affection. If I am really not interested I am not going to accept these things. She shouldn't have either if her intention was to break up.
