Well it might just mean that she likes you you should ask her out and see what happens from there girls love it when guys make the first move and dont wait to long some one else might grab her first! Good luck

maybe not love, but prob like. Maybe shes too shy to talk to ya. Try going up to her and start a conversation...invite her to lunch on campus--go from there.

She may be interested in you, however. Or she may be trying to read your t-shirt, or she may be zoning out, or she may be thinking that you look like someone she used to know, or any number of things.
