im a 14 year old teenager and i cheerlead twice a week for 2 hours and i train for track season every monday weds, friday, and jog on the weekend...how many calories should i get daily?

Your growing up and your active so you can take in more then most people. It would be fine for you to take in 1800-2400 calories with the amount you workout. Rembmer to make those calories count! Get your nutrients that you body needs so you'll be healthier and grow better. Carbohydrates are your friend because they are the bodies main energy source. Empty calories like soda, candy, and fast food should really be avoided in my opinion. They may taste good but they do nothing but hurt your body in the long run.
