I had a friend who had minor surgery on her face and the doctor accidentally cut a major vein under her skin. One of her major problems after wards was that she couldn't move her one eyelid. It just stayed open all the time and her eye would dry out. After the lawsuit, the doctor who did the corrective surgery put small weights in her eyelid to help keep it a little closed. She had to practice using other muscles in her face to help control the eyelid. Today, you would never know that she had a problem. Her eyelid looks very natural. If you really think that you have a problem with your eyelid, weights in your eyelid may be an option for you. You would have to consult a doctor to find out if that's the best solution. I don't know how medical insurance would handle it because it may be considered cosmetic and some insurance won't cover cosmetic surgery. Good luck to you!

Perhaps I am slow but that is a confusing question. If you have TWO eyelids on ONE eye, I wouldn't think it would go away, randomly. What ever it is, see a good eye/plastic surgeon and see what they say can be done. Good luck. Pops
