He speaks too much I don't know if he really cares about me or he just wants to play with me. Is there any way I can figure out his true feelings?

Ask him. That's the simplest way. Sit him down and have a nice heart-to-heart about what direction your relationship is going in.

For a week or two avoid meeting and communicating with him. Try 2 spread a feeling among ur friends that u have some problem. If he cares 4 u, he will surely come 2 u and make u reveal what the problem is, even if u resist strongly 2 say it.
if u didnt say it he may look upset n fretty, if he pretends that he cares 4 u then he may end the efforts up with 2 days.

Don't have sex or fool around with him. Guys that truly like girls don't care about being physical right away. If not being physical puts a bad taste in his mouth, meaning he stops hanging out with you or calling you then you know his true feelings. Oh and what Red Cloud said about meeting his parents is so true. My husband always told me that if a guy doesn't bring you around his mother or parents then your not important. But Guys that bring you around people that are important to him means he cares a lot about you too!

If he takes you home to meet the parents then he is interested in you. If not then don't waste your time with him .....
