Well, that's a really broad question.

There's social security/disability money available for blind people, since the government assumes that they won't be able to work or make as much money as sighted people do.

If you are blind, I'm pretty sure that you are eligible for free medical care from the state's Medicare/Medicaid program.

Nearly all libraries have the Books on Tape program, where they will loan you a free tape player and you can borrow taped books to listen to.

Per federal government standards, there is Braille on nearly everything!

Per goverment standards, no one is allowed to discriminate against visually impaired people when it comes to employment (reasonable accomodation applies here), housing, allowing guide dogs, etc.

Even most buses will verbally annouce their stops so visually impaired people can use public transportation with less difficulty.

Hope this helps!

I want to know what the people of India doing for payment of taxes to the government, and stop demanding each and every thing from the government.
Had the government given a guarantee to the people that you can produce as many children as you want we guarantee to give him good food clothes education house and money to buy luxury items so that they may be able to lead a very good life without doing any work.
This is for each and every Indian who so ever wants the govt should do each and every thing for them, and provide him/her each and every requirement of his/her life.
