My parents need wheel chair assistance. They are travelling from India to USA. Any feedback is helpful.

really good, don't worry too much about the wheel chair assistance, I have flown many airlines and they all had it. In every long flight there is always at least one person who gets one, so they'll have one for your parents too.

KLM is wondrful! Thay have suberp service and hospitality. They offer service to Amsterdam from multiple airports in the US and the Virgin Islands. They are a very wonderful and profitable company that has been around since the 30's and 40's. I haighly reccommend them. Hope you and/or your grandparents have a nice flight to the Netherlands!

It was fine when I flew KLM. I don't need a wheelchair, though, so didn't precisely notice that. In comparison to other airlines, overall, KLM is definitely 'holding their own'.
