Sedans with lots of rear back space include:

Ford 500 (nice car, weak engine)
Chrysler 300 (and especially the 300 LWB - stretch wheelbase, avail. in 2007)
Honda Accord
Toyota Avalon
Cadillac DTS
Cadillac STS
BMW 740i and 740iL
Audi A8 and A8L
Mercedes S550 stretch (not currently made for the USA though)
Jaguar XJ8 L
Infinity Q45
Lexus LS 460 L

I think the Audi A8L and BMW 740Li are the most comfy, but they are also the most expensive. The Chrysler 300L is huge and much less expensive.

The Lincoln Town car and Ford Crown Victoria actually have little rear leg room compared to these other cars - their large size comes more from the huge trunk and engine bay. The Ford 500 and Mercury Montego are basically the successors to these cars, with much improved ergonomics, more room, and better interiors.

Try a Ford Five Hundred.
3 large adults fit very comfotably & it's one of the safest cars on the road.

The Cadillac SRX is great for back seat room. The only thing you need to do is move the rear seats all the way back - they are adjustable. I have had a guy up to 6 foot 5 inches behind my seat and his legs were never even touching the back of the driver's seat.

Lincoln Town Car. Newer models have a "stretched" version. But even the older ones are spacious.
