I have very white skin with freckles, reddish hair, and light eyes. This is the worse combination for burns. And I've gotten plenty of sunburns that is. I suggest you use plenty of moisturizer with an SPF even if you will not go out in the sun---but, stay out of the sun! I live in Louisiana where we have maybe 5 days a year of 30 degree weather, other than that, it is hot, hot, hot.

I prefer Oil of Olay brand products, with SPF. There are several different kinds of this brand. A little expensive, but shop around for prices-to me, it's definitely worth it. I use their facial wash in the morning and at night. Then I apply the moisturizer after I wash and that includes under make-up. My acne is gone, pores have been reduced, my face glows and I look like I'm in my early 30's. I'll be 40 next month. I've been using these products for a little over 2 years and it has definitely made a huge difference. I look younger than both of my sisters...one is 2 years younger and the other is 10 years younger! They do not use these products. I noticed a difference right away around my eyes, but others noticed after about two months.

If you have a burn right now, use the juice/gel from an aloe vera plant. Just break off a piece and squeeze it between your fingers. The gel will come right out. You can't get anymore natural than that! I hope this helps.

Another very natural way to restore your skin is water. Drink at least 8 glasses a day. It does wonders. It really does!!!! Shoot me an e-mail and I'll send you a recent pic or if I have time, I'll add my pic to Yahoo Answers.

some do. relies upon on the exterior form, how protecting it particularly is etc. i'm certainly one of four sisters. we are all mild skinned yet 2 of them have freckles- they burn. Me and my different sister have yellow undertones and we in no way burn. After a holiday we are organic brown. and that i stay in Scotland the place you very very nearly in no way have warm solar, so my pores and skin isn't even used to that form of climate besides the fact that it nevertheless copes high quality. I additionally hated wearing solar cream while i grow to be youthful (stupid i understand) however the solar might in no way harm me. on the different hand, my sister might finally end up with solar stroke after employing factor 50. you're pores and skin is meant to handle warm circumstances, it particularly is why you're shielded from the solar.

hun, it can't be done naturally. if it could, then why wouldn't everyone be doing it? It doesnt make sense that you could put a natural substance on your face that could do something as drastic as take the color out of your skin. Thats just not logical, it will take something really powerful to do that.

The only way is with a chemical peel, laser pigmentation treatments, or microdermabrasion.

Skin damage from the sun is permanent and there is probably not much you can do at home to repair the damage. I would consult a dermatologist and get his/her recommendation for repairing the your sun damaged skin. In the meantime be sure to use a good sunscreen and moisturizer to help prevent further damage.
