Is failing to disclose something, (it could be a secret or any type of information concerning anything) considered lieing?

This includes after you have been questioned, and never lied but didn't disclose the truth or factors changed after you have been questioned.

This includes evasive answers, and half truths.

And this also includes any scenario any person can think of regarding this question.

I think that failing to disclose something...after being questioned... kind of is lying.Because you are purposely not telling them something ... it's like you're dancing around the question...so that later you can say...."well I never LIED to you" Like say you are in your car and your boyfriend calls and says "what are you doing" and you say"driving around" (and you know that you were going to your girlfriends house)you think well I wasn't lying because when you called...I WAS just driving around.
