I would much rather be with someone in real life because if you are dating online, there really isn't a way for that person to be there for you when you need them. Sure they are only an email away, but they can't hold you when you cry or protect you when you don't feel safe. However, I've dated someone online for almost 2 years now and we're so in love that we're considering getting married in the future. I would say that as long as you can talk to them on the phone, then it should be okay.

well my answer is both.why!because if your on line sometimes you cheat and don't,the way of knowing him/her for real is to see in person if what she actually do is the same on line.like me!!!!i met my husband on-line and then get married in person...it's just a matter of being true on-line/in person....
