I would doubt it if he would have done that. When we was in the dessert for 40 days being tempted by Satan he was asked to turn a stone into bread, and to jump off a church and have the angels save him, but since he would not abuse the power he had, he refused. So i doubt that he would turn a fig treen into a plane.
