People do not get to know each other before jumping into a relationship.
People do not know what they want out of a relationship.
People have false expectations about what being in a relationship is like.
People are afraid to be themselves for fear of being alone.
People are afraid of commitment.
People are shallow and often in relationships just for the fun parts of them, and not for the long run.
... just to name a few reasons.

becaue they think they know what they want in life and then they realise that what they thought they wanted isnt what they want at all

THATS THE SAME THING I WONDER...I THINK ITS BECAUSE THERE SELF CONCIOUSE OR HAVE LOW SELF ESTEEM....
