its slang means his "girl" or "girlfriend" and I personally prefer my girlfriend, fiance (whatever your status calls for) off top. my b/f refers to me in that slang and i told him to refrain from that.

my guy use to refer to me as his shorty..something I hate..because I am 29 years old..to me that term is good for high school kids..but before I could tell.. his friend said hey..dont call her that..so he then started calling me his girlfriend..but it is a term meaning his girl
