If you put viagra in your tea, it wont make your biscuits hard but it might just make for some good old fashioned tea bagging!!!

Duh. No.
And just in case you really want to have a rough idea why:
Sildenafil is the name of the drug causing the erection when you swallow the blue pill. It does that by (heavily simplified) increasing the levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate.
Cyclic guanosine monophosphate leads to muscle relaxation (vasodilation) in the corpus cavernosum of the penis, causing an increased inflow of blood and an erection.
Unfortunately for the biscuits in your tea, they do not have a parasympathetic nervous system - in fact, they do not have a nervous system at all, as you would've guessed. Nor do they have muscles to relax. So the cyclic guanosine monophosphate won't be able to do anything to your biscuits. Moreover, the mechanism by which Sildenafil operates requires sexual stimulation in order to cause an erection... and no matter how hard you try, the biscuits in your tea won't be sexually stimulated.
Sorry. ;-)
