hi
my boyfriend is 43 too and im alot younger than him, ive got him trainers, aftershave and clothes, hes no help when it comes to birthdays and Christmas because he tells me to get him what i want, so i dont ask him what he wants anymore and i get him things that i like. I like him to look nice so buy him nice clothes and shoes. You could buy him a cd of the music he likes, or buy him some thing he needs.

Classic rock...hmmmm. You can find some pretty good stuff in that section at a music store. What are his favorite bands from that era? DVD's are also out now that have many great groups from the 70's and 80's, you could check those out too.

Buy a basket and put different things in it. Buy a few cd's and put those around the edge of the basket then in the middle put like football tickets or tickets to a car show.

Me and my b/f have a 11 yr age difference between the two of us. He's 37. I find it hard to shop for him, so I told him I'll give him the money and he'll go get what he like. We were out shopping a couple of days before his b'day (by coincidence) and he said he wanted this for his b'day, so I bought it (while we were in the store together) and gave it to him (while we were in the store together).

well um, a classic rock CD that he doesn't have would be good, meatloaf or queen or something like that, becuase a lot of people heard them on radio, got the cd lost it, and those a rock classics, and to be able to listen to those songs again after ages is great, so im told, I got my dad a meatloaf CD and he really liked it

Depends on what he likes.... Does he have an IPOD, MUSIC, GAMES, COLLECTIBLES... look around you, see what he likes, get him something you know he has an interest in, and the favorite dessert gift, wrapping yourself in a bow is good too!!!

get him a watch or a nice shirt. Anyways its not the present that counts it the thought inside it. You get him what you want to get him not what he wants. Be yourself to get him something
