Honestly, no one would believe until we figured out there was no other explanation. Our world (yes, even the devotely religious) doesn't believe in miricals anymore. We need to know how something happens. So no, I doubt atheists or even religious would believe if they saw anything like that.

They would not believe anything that goes against their tiny, little brains. They feel they have no soul, so they act like it. But, Jesus loves them too, if they will only open their hearts and accept Him.

atheists would not believe because their lives are influenced by Satan. Of course they would have to ponder and find scientific explanations first.
