Companies pay the Better Business Bureau to report good things about them, and disputes are usually settled in favor of the company.

A better site which is free, is www.ripoffreport.com. Type the company in the search bar and see if anything comes up.

I would check the Better Business Bureau just to make sure complaints aren't on file.
