IF the Koran says it is ok to lie
Where in the Koran (Chapter verse)?
if so is there a English translation online.

even to save a life.

Yes it does allow one to lie to get an advantage against non muslims. Chapter 16 verse 106 says it is fine to lie if you are compelled to do so. The Koran also says you should lay low until you out number your opponents. It also say you should use force to compel infidels (any non muslim) to convert. Read to Koran for yourself. Read it carefully. It starts out very accommodating, but as it goes on you will see it changes its tune.

The Quran does not say it's okay to lie! There are many ahadith stating that lying is a great sin.

No it does not but the Jewish prayer`Kol Nidre` prayed every year at Pasover allows Jews to lie to non-Jews, type it in for more info.
