my doctor says to come back every 2 years to get my glasses updated to a new prescription. you should do the same...
your eyes are constantly changing as you grow....so it's normal....
although since they continue to get worse maybe you should look into that eye lasor stuff?
my friends got it done and they see verry well...better than ever they say!

HI, You should for starters take regular breaks when on the computer etc to give your eyes a rest from looking at one distance all of the time, also try using eye drops just to keep the eyes moist as they do tend to dry out looking at the screen for ong periods of time. I would recommend going to the opticians for a check up, they dont only check your eyesight but check to see if the eyes are healthy. There are no proven evidence that eye eexecerises actually work. Your better getting to the opticians, however glasses only make vision clear and actually compensate for what we see without our glasses. look after your eyes you only get one set. Hope this helps

I'm not sure how your Dr's. could forecast the future. Usually with age, the eyes do get slowly worse.
At 15 I had a mild correction. I am now 65 and it has changed slowly, but not at all radically.
Now my daughter started wearing glasses at about 8 or 9 and she is now 36 and has quite a severe correction. She is exceedingly nearsighted (inherited from her grandparents)
I'm guessing that short sighted is the same as near sighted. Now in her case (near sightedness causes thin retinas) so they must be watched. At 19 she developed torn retinas (this causes blindness) but they folded back down and healed themselves. So for ten years the retinas have been healthy but her vision is now -750.
Just take care of your eyes it is of the utmost importance.
Look at your parents corrections and see if it will give you an idea where you might be in a few years.
It's really not that bad.

Its not normal but its not abnormal, everone'e eyes are different, most people start to notice a deteroration from the age of 40, but some children have reduced eyesoght as well, it can also effect people of different sexes. I case like this it is always best to get a second opinion,

My eyesight seems to get worse daily and I was told it would stop the moment I stopped growing, so that should have been about two or three years ago, but it's still worsening. So long as it's just getting blurrier and you're not losing complete vision in your eyes, I wouldn't worry about it. It's probably expensive having to pay for glasses, I wouldn't know, my kind parents always do that for me, but just set money aside for it. There are worse things than blurry vision.

You can improve your eyesight by simply learning, naturally and practicing the correct way to see for a few small minutes a day.
You can check this method based on a scientific researches : ( http://getyourvisionbacknow.keysolve.net )
If glasses are worn continuously over time the poor vision will generally become worse. Essentially what glasses do is lock the eyes into their refractive state and in order to see through your lenses you have to maintain the poor vision that the lenses are designed to correct.
"Restore my vision” program you'll be taken by the hand, it shows you how to improve your vision naturally, permanent and complete solution.
Even the American Optometric Association has been forced to admit these things! I'm sure that you will not regret your decision.
