I'm certainly not a doctor but yes, I feel there is. Almost like your question, you need some relaxation sessions. Where ever it is you love. You need to IMAGINE yourself well. Happy and doing activities you love because you are healthy and fit to do them. If you are not fit, then you can work slowly on exercising or changing one thing a week for the better health you deserve. Hypochondria did not evolve overnight and it will not go away over night. Slowly until you believe how healthy you are!

yep placebo its actually a pill you can take that should releve most if not all of your syptoms. tell you doc you suffer from hypochondria and that you heard about the new pill placebo and he should take it from there. he will write you a script on the spot.

People who are hypochondriacs get attention for being ill. The best thing to do is to praise them when they are behaving in a healthy manor and ignore the unhealthy behavior.
