I have lost 10lbs in 3 days on a water-based fast and 3-5 miles a day walking on my treadmill. From Sept 17,-Dec 1, I have lost 35 lbs eating under 1000 cals a day. If you are going to fast you must condition your body to work out so when you come off the fast you do not gain it back. This is my fasting plan day 1-10 water based only day 11-20 juice only day 21-30 fruites only and 31-40 veggies only. I have lost a ton a weigt and fasting has cured my blood pressure. It went from 140/88 to 117/64. My dr said that is awesome. Don't waste your money on pills and shakes just exercise and fast. that is the cheapest diet in the world! Fasting takes a lot of self control!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

so you have a month...
there's these drinks that apparently make you loose weight....
but I'm not really sure...

diet pills but those can be addictive

try a healthy diet and exorcise and don't forget those 8-10 glasses of water a day!
