Sounds as though it is an insect bite .Spiders usually bit in threes & leave in a straight line the bites.I had a spider bite & the doc.gave me cortisone shot for it. You could try an antihistomien pill such as benadryle.You should not let go to long if a fever or pain and traveling redness are present. Is it ooseing because could be contagious. Take her to the doctor it could be a serious spider bite or other insect. They need to treat her immediately.
