Tobacco can act as an appetite suppressant if you smoke when your hungry. Also it can be used as a stimulant I would smoke when I worked overnights.And a depresser as smoking is a breathing exercise to calm someone down. A lot of people will develop lung cancer, emphesyma, etc. But there are some who can smoke all of their lives and not suffer any of the negatives. There's also the yellowing of the teeth and the wretched smell. You and your clothes smell like an ashtray.
