what is the mistake in this sentence?

It might be better to say: "Everyone was there, including Lily." But, if you want to stay with the original wording, you might use: "Everyone was there--even Lily."

Everyone was there ,even Lily. Is how it should be worded.

Semi colon between there and Lily.

Well you could just reverse Lily and even and I think that would fix it? And add puncutation. Everyone was there, even Lily.
