Drink lots of fluids, get plenty of rest, eat chicken soup,You can get Vick's plug ins for your electrical outlets, also they have these new things you put in the shower with you that really open you up to breathe better. Take vitamin c or if you don't have any, drink juice or eat oranges. Drink hot tea with sugar and lemon in it. It helps soothe a sore throat, also it soothes an upset stomach.

Cuddle up in bed with a hot water bottle! Have plain food to eat (like soup and toast), and lots of fluid. Also try sucking strepsils or sore throat sweets..

Some people also swear by going swimming, because they say the chlorine rinses out and disinfects the sinuses. Don't blame me if it doesn't work :)
